How To Use Meditation And Mindfulness To Help Reduce Stress

How To Manage Stress With Mindfulness

You’ve felt stress and overwhelm before. I mean, if you’re human, you’ve felt these things before.

Each person may feel them in different ways.

As a coach, people have told me they just feel …

  • Tired
  • Lost
  • Lonely
  • Confused
  • Scared
  • Exhausted
  • Unable to eat
  • Unable to sleep
  • Worried
  • Anxious

And the list goes on…

Everyone may FEEL something different and then this causes them to respond to things differently.

I know how it feels for me and I’m not immune to stress and overwhelm, but what I’ve done is create little routines in my day to help cut down those feelings and keep me more calm and balanced in my day.

This is what I share with you today… A few quick tips you can implement starting today to create a new daily habit for yourself that will help to manage the stresses and overwhelm you may have in your day-to-day life or when certain things trigger your emotions.

Grab my favorite essential oils here! I’ll even show you how to use them once you get them but only if you order through this link.

What tip did I share in that video that you’d love to start implementing in your life?

In the video I talk about a Gratitude Journal, you can grab that here.

I also talk about my singing bowl that I just got (and LOVE!), you can get the same one here (while supplies are available).

So many people ask me for this particular shirt I’m wearing. Please grab yours here and spread more kindness and goodness in the world.

Thank you for watching and I hope to hear back from you on how you’re using these tips to help you.

In Kindness,

Cori
